Ampere Transition was born from a simple yet radical belief: the energy and sustainability transition cannot be postponed—nor approached as mere spectators. It must be understood, designed, and implemented—from within organizations and by individuals themselves.
Ampere Transition took shape from the convergence of complementary experiences: academic research, strategic consulting, and business management. People with different backgrounds but a shared vision—to turn the challenges of the energy and sustainability transition into a tangible opportunity for growth, impact, and competitiveness.

Ampere Academy offers individuals 4 different formats:
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PATHS
This format targets students (high school graduates, undergraduates, graduates) with little or no work experience and a technical/engineering or non-technical background (e.g. economics, law, social sciences) who want to increase their employability for entry into the job market in sectors related to energy transition and sustainability. Focus areas include renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable mobility (with both technical and managerial upskilling).
REQUALIFICATION PATHS
This format is intended for professionals with several years of work experience outside the energy transition sectors (e.g. oil & gas, automotive), and with technical/engineering or non-technical backgrounds (e.g. economics, law, social sciences), who want to understand the trends in energy transition and sustainability, in order to lay the foundation for a career shift into green sectors.
EXECUTIVE COURSES
This format is designed for professionals such as entrepreneurs and managers who need to deep dive into specific topics related to energy transition and sustainability (either established or emerging). It helps identify business opportunities and risks associated with the transition, working alongside Ampere Academy experts and its network.
VERTICAL COURSES
