EXECUTIVE WORKSHOP
This format targets top managers and entrepreneurs who need to deep dive into the technological, regulatory, and business fundamentals of energy transition and sustainability. The goal is to understand and seize business opportunities while managing or mitigating potential risks.
COMPANY-WIDE
UPSKILLING
This format targets the entire company workforce (or specific internal groups) and aims to raise the overall level of knowledge, skills, and awareness on energy transition and sustainability topics across the organization.
NEW HIRE UPSKILLING
This format is designed for new employees who need to strengthen their knowledge and skills on energy transition and sustainability topics, in order to integrate effectively into the company and improve performance and efficiency in their role.
The training program development process begins with an assessment of the company’s strategic goals, training needs, and available resources and competencies. Based on that, the training design and delivery are planned.
Ampere Academy can assist the client—through specialized partners—in accessing grants and public funding (EU, national, or local), or in obtaining service financing through interprofessional funds (funded training).
Ampere Academy can also develop and deliver (onsite or online) custom training content based on specific company needs, involving internal staff or industry experts.
Finally, Ampere Academy can create a dedicated e-learning platform tailored to the company—both graphically (e.g., logo, colors) and functionally (e.g., login, HR reporting)—based on business needs, or integrate with an existing company platform.
